25+ years in technology, systems architecture, and business leadership across pharma, finance, and the arts — from CSL Behring and Wyeth to the Kimmel Center. As founder of Section One Consulting, Sharon has spent two decades solving complex business and data challenges for clients, bringing operational and technical excellence and a builder's mindset to everything she touches.

Mike Zarro, PhD

Co-Founder

Product and AI strategist with over 25 years at the intersection of human behavior and emerging technology. Mike has led AI and UX initiatives in financial services, driven a $250M digital transformation, and built forward-deployed AI consulting practices that turn customer insight into recurring revenue. A Drexel-trained information scientist, published author, and adjunct professor, he deeply understands how people interact with technology — and builds the systems that make those interactions smarter.
